Long time no see!

又很久沒見了, 總算減肥成功, 相比起高峰時期瘦了差不多二十磅。原來吃少一點就可以, 但要維持長時間, 最初的兩三個月是最困難的, 因為要改變多年來吃得多的習慣。

我很滿意現在的身形, 希望能夠維持下去, 不要再肥了, 做了那麼多年肥妹, 是時候改變一下形象。最開心是可以穿回多年前的衣服...
